The November 4 edition of The New York Times’ Strands centers on getting work done, with its answers describing office roles and workplace organization.

Strands is a word-search puzzle in which players connect neighboring letters in any direction, including diagonally. Words may change direction, and every letter in the grid belongs to an answer. Each puzzle also has a theme and a spangram: a word or phrase that captures the theme and stretches across the grid horizontally or vertically.

For today’s puzzle, the spangram runs vertically. Its answer is “Human Resources.” The other answers are “Staff,” “Labor,” “Workforce,” “People” and “Personnel.”
