TikTok creator @thequinbeeshow has shared relationship advice aimed at women dating men who repeatedly mention their former partners. In a video, she described the behavior as an immediate red flag and argued that frequent references to an ex may show that he is not emotionally over the relationship.
Quin said warning signs can include mentioning the ex by name, describing her appearance in detail or referring to her social media accounts. In her view, an ex would not repeatedly enter the conversation unless she remained relevant in some way.

Quin further argued that someone who has moved on does not need to insult an ex or use past relationships to prove his value. She said continued discussion of an ex may suggest that the man remains affected by the relationship or has not made room emotionally for a new partner.
