A TikTok creator known as BlondeSanity (@kozmoqueen) says a heart attack at age 24 prompted her to seek more information about her family’s medical history. After her parents could not provide the records she wanted, she turned to a DNA test—and says it revealed a long-hidden family connection.
BlondeSanity said she had hoped her parents could share medical records or at least her vaccination history. She also said they had not taken her to a doctor while she was growing up, leaving her concerned about what information might be missing.
According to her account, the DNA results connected her to a man and his son whom she had never heard of. She said she later learned that the man was her mother’s biological father, and that her grandmother had kept this information from the family for 55 years. The Daily Dot said it could not independently verify the creator’s claims.
BlondeSanity said she contacted relatives on that side of the family and learned that some cousins had the same chronic health conditions she did. She described the conversations as a source of information about her medical background that she had not been able to get from her parents.
Her video also drew comments from viewers describing their own unexpected discoveries through DNA tests, including finding biological relatives or learning they had been adopted. The Daily Dot reported that the video had received 756,200 views and 653 comments at the time of publication.
