The 15-inch Apple MacBook Air with the M5 chip is available at Amazon for $1,299.99 as of November 2, down $199.01 from its usual $1,499 price. The reduction represents an early 13% discount on the sky blue configuration.
This model includes 16GB of unified memory and a 512GB SSD. Its M5 processor is designed to handle demanding everyday tasks, including multiple browser tabs and video editing, while its upgraded Neural Engine and dedicated accelerators support on-device Apple Intelligence features.
The fanless design keeps the laptop silent during use. Its 15-inch display provides enough space for two windows side by side and supports one billion colors. The computer also includes a 12MP Center Stage camera, which can keep users centered during video calls, and a six-speaker system with Spatial Audio.
Apple rates the laptop for up to 18 hours of battery life. Connectivity includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, MagSafe charging, support for two external monitors and Apple’s N1 wireless chip with WiFi 7.
The $1,299.99 price is available at Amazon while the discount remains in effect.
