The Samsung 34-inch Odyssey G5 (G55T) is available at Amazon for $249.99, down from its $399.99 list price. The $150 discount brings the monitor below $250 and marks its lowest price since April, according to camelcamelcamel. Amazon is handling the sale, and the listing shows complimentary delivery scheduled for Nov. 7, with faster shipping available for Nov. 6.
The Odyssey G5 has a 34-inch VA panel with a 21:9 aspect ratio, 3440 x 1440 Ultra-WQHD resolution and HDR10 support. Its 1,000R curve is designed to draw the display’s edges toward the viewer.
For gaming, the monitor offers a 165Hz refresh rate and a 1ms MPRT response time. It also supports AMD FreeSync Premium adaptive sync, which can help reduce screen tearing when frame rates fluctuate.
