Early Black Friday sales are bringing discounts on cordless drills, impact drivers and combo kits from brands including DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita and Ryobi. Some promotions go beyond price cuts: Home Depot is again offering a free tool or battery with select purchases, alongside discounts on other tools.
A DeWalt drill-and-impact-driver kit includes two 20V Max batteries, a charger and a carrying bag. The tools are designed for compact work areas, and the drill has a 1/2-inch keyless ratcheting chuck while the impact driver uses a hex chuck.
Ryobi’s two-battery starter kit comes with 2Ah and 4Ah batteries and a charger. The purchase also provides a choice of free tools, including a jigsaw, compact router, oscillating multi-tool or inflator/deflator. The batteries are compatible with more than 300 tools in the company’s ONE+ line.
A Makita promotion pairs a cordless impact wrench with a second Makita tool at no additional cost. The wrench is rated at 430 ft-lbs of torque and has a four-speed selector. The kit also includes two 5.0Ah batteries, a rapid charger and a tool bag.
Other listed offers include a DeWalt Atomic 20V Max compact impact driver kit for $99, reduced from $179; a Ryobi ONE+ 18V six-tool combo kit for $199, down from $299; and a Milwaukee M18 FUEL 18-gauge brad nailer for $279, compared with $329.
